Local belly dance teacher and mother-of-two Jacqui F from NSW has won Planet Ark's recent national photo competition, "Snap a Bin and Win". Jacqui's winning entry, "Recycling...and my kids" was randomly picked out of hundreds of colourful and unique recycling bin photo entries. Check out Jacqui's winning photo...

As part of our Aluminium Cans Recycling campaign, budding photographers from all over the country took photos of recycling bins for the competition, demonstrating just how easy it is to recycle. Empty cans are light-weight and easily crushed, which means they're easy to take home for recycling if you can't find a recycling bin when you're out and about.

Jacqui F, our lucky winner, won an iPad 2 plus four VIP tickets to the 2012 Commonwealth Bank Beachley Classic in Sydney! These fantastic prizes are courtesy of our generous sponsors, The Aluminium Can Group, and our campaign ambassador, Layne Beachley.

To see a selection of the photos submitted, view the competition photo album on our I Heart Recycling Facebook page.

If you'd like to help your friends, family, colleagues or schoolmates to recycle every aluminium can they use, check out our range of ready-to-use posters and resources available here.
