Resource Recovery Facility Expansion and Enhancement Program - NSW
Closing date: 5pm Monday 27 June 2016
Description: This program supports projects that stimulate and accelerate investment in new equipment and upgrades that will boost recycling processing capacity in NSW.
Eligible bodies: Council, industry and business who operate licensed waste management facilities in NSW. Construction & Demolition waste (excluding asbestos & contaminated waste), shredder floc and priority problem waste are also now included as eligible wastes under Round 3.
Amount: Individual grants of $100,000 to $1 million to cover up to 50% of project capital costs.

Innovation in Priority Problem Wastes Management – NSW
Closing date: Monday 27 June 2016
Description: There will be 2 streams:
- Stream 1 – Infrastructure: grants of $100,000 to $1 million to cover up to 50 per cent of project capital costs are available to eligible organisations. The application will have to demonstrate that the infrastructure is the first of its kind for waste and recycling in NSW.
- Stream 2 – Research and Development: grants of $20,000 to $200,000 to cover up to 50 per cent of project capital costs are available to eligible organisations. The application will have to demonstrate that the research, development or trial collection system is original.
Eligible bodies: Industry, councils, not-for profit, tertiary/research organisations.

Reducing Illegal Dumping on NSW Charitable Recyclers - NSW
Closing date: Ongoing until funding is exhausted
Description: There are two funding options:
- Funding Option 1 - Collateral: Illegal dumping prevention collateral for charitable recyclers shop fronts, charity donation bins and vehicle fleet
- Funding Option 2 - Infrastructure: Illegal dumping prevention infrastructure for charitable recyclers.
Eligible bodies:
- Funding Option 1 - Collateral: Registered NSW Charitable Recycler Organisations.
- Funding Option 2 - Infrastructure: Registered NSW Charitable Recycler Organisations who are also applying for Funding Option 1.
Amount:
- Funding Option 1 – Collateral
- Funding Option 2 – Up to $7,000

Resource assessment grants – VIC
Closing date: 4pm Friday 5 August 2016
Description: Resource Assessment Grants 2015/16 provides funding for eligible businesses to assess and review their activities to identify and implement materials and energy efficiency improvements.
Eligible bodies: The program is open to businesses in all types of industry sectors that employ fewer than 200 people or not had any EPA or Victorian WorkCover Authority violations in the past five years.
Amount: 50% of the cost to engage a consultant capped at $10,000 (in addition a $3,000 implementation support bonus is also available)

Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) Infrastructure Grants – NT
Closing date: While funds are available or until Monday 17 October 2015
Description: These grants provide one off funding for businesses and organisations to purchase equipment or infrastructure for establishing CDS Collection Depots or Collection Points in regional and remote locations throughout the Northern Territory.
Eligible bodies: Incorporated organisations that have audited accounts and annual reports if required by legislation and do not retain un-acquitted funding from previous NT EPA or NT Government Grants.
Amount: Up to $30,000
