Recycled paper has a lower eco-impact

Buying recycled is one of the easiest ways to make a difference to the environment.

Take paper for example. By choosing recycled paper we dramatically reduce its eco-impact in many ways. Select ‘100% post-consumer' recycled paper - made totally from paper out of our recycling bins - and the benefits skyrocket.

How does buying recycled paper reduce greenhouse gas emissions?

A)    Less energy is used in production.

B)    Less paper is sent to landfill.

C)    Fewer trees are cut down.

D)    All of the above.

Send your answer to awarenews@planetark.org by 2nd April to go into the draw to win one of ten packs of greeting cards from Earth Greetings, valued at $70 each. All greeting cards, gift tags and bookmarks are made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper and the new range is printed carbon neutral in Australia with vegetable inks.
